This is Citra, stripped back to its purest expression. A Single Malt, Single Hop IPA brewed to prove that "single hop" never has to mean one-dimensional.
We kept the malt bill deliberately simple, using only Gladfield American Ale malt to create a clean, crisp canvas that lets every layer of Citra take centre.
But while the recipe is minimalist, the hop bill is anything but. Citra was added in four distinct forms to unlock every side of this legendary variety: hop pellets, introduced as early as the mash for depth; Cryo®, delivering concentrated lupulin intensity; Dynaboost®, enriching the whirlpool with vibrant hop oils; and HyperBoost® from Yakima Chief Hops, amplifying fresh-hop aroma to its fullest potential.
Together, they reveal Citra from every angle. Bright mango and passionfruit burst from the glass, backed by resinous pine, citrus pith, and a soft tropical sweetness that lingers long after each sip.
On paper, it's one malt and one hop. In the glass, it's proof that simplicity, when executed with intent, can deliver extraordinary complexity.
