Brewer Wanted – Mount Brewing Co | Start 1 August 2026

Ready to spend summer brewing in the Mount? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Brewer to join the crew at Mount Brewing Co. 

This is a hands-on role across the full brewing process-from wort production and fermentation through to packaging-where quality is everything. You’ll be part of a small tight-knit team crafting exceptional beer, contributing to new recipes, and helping bring fresh ideas and collaborations to life.

What you’ll be doing:
• Brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer to the highest standard
• Supporting new product development and recipe creation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient brewery
• Representing the brand at events and within the community

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years brewing experience
• Forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical mindset
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Physically capable and ready to get stuck in

The role:
• Full-time, mostly Mon–Fri (some weekends required)
• Hours typically between 6am–6pm
• Based in Mount Maunganui
