These are our policies, which help us maintain that standard. Our website has safeguards to stop underage browsers from using the site. These include an
age challenge upon entering the site and upon conducting a sale.

Alcohol will not be served to minors. Our crew and delivery drivers will ask for ID from anyone who looks under the age of 25. A valid NZ-approved form of ID must be presented, otherwise, we can’t deliver alcohol to you.

Alcohol deliveries require signatures as proof of delivery and age, no alcohol will be left at properties without this. Anyone showing signs of intoxication will not be served or delivered alcohol. This will be returned to the depot and alternative arrangements will need to be made to collect this.
