All orders are fulfilled through Aramex.
Currently, we only offer delivery within New Zealand.
Due to the 2012 Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act, all orders that include beer must be signed for on delivery. The courier may also ask to see ID from anyone who appears to be under the age of 25. As someone needs to be home to sign for the package, we recommend getting the package sent to where you work or a business address. No alcohol will be left by couriers.

Orders placed before 9 a.m. Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day (within regular circumstances). To best avoid your order sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend. All orders received after 9 a.m. Thursday will be dispatched Monday morning.
Please note that our courier service does not operate on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are sent using an overnight service in the North Island and a two-day service in the South Island. However, if your order is intended for a special occasion, we recommend allowing 3-5 working days to ensure it arrives on time.

Please allow for additional time if shipping to a rural address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number which can be used to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
