A nod to our beginnings at Brewers Bar, Brewer’s Draught is a beer made for everyone, no frills, no fuss, just good company and a great pint. Brewed with a blend of Ale, Vienna, Light Crystal, Biscuit, Supernova, and Dark malts, it carries a soft biscuity backbone with hints of toffee and caramel. Llallemand NovaLager yeast gives it a clean, medium body, pleasant finish with gentle bitterness. The hops itself brings a touch of brightness and notes are rather on dark forest fruit . Simple, balanced, and perfectly sessionable. Brewer’s Draught is the kind of beer that feels like coming home.
Mermaids Mirth, The Heritage Recipe - APA

The beer that started it all: Mermaids Mirth. We’ve gone back into the archives to resurrect the original recipe of this local legend. For those who’ve been there since the start, this one’s for you. Brewed with American Ale, Marris Otter, Munich, and Wheat malts, it offers a soft, biscuity malt base with a touch of sweetness. Zythos hops bring bright citrus and resinous notes, while US-05 yeast keeps it clean and drinkable. Exceptionally easy drinking for a 6% APA, she may be legendary, but she comes with a cautionary tale. One sip, and you’ll understand why the stories persist.
Mr Jones - Pineapple & Passionfruit Hazy IPA

Back by popular demand for one final symphony, Mr Jones makes its triumphant encore. Born from the requests of Jonesie himself, a beloved local who wouldn’t stop nudging the brewers to make a beer loaded with pineapple and passionfruit. So we did just that and named it after the man himself. This unfiltered hazy IPA hits like a ride into the sunset, turbocharged with passionfruit and pineapple puree for a juicy, tropical punch. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops roar through with bright citrus and resinous notes, while Pilsner, Wheat, and Munich malts give it a soft, pillowy body. Smooth and drinkable thanks to FT02 Vape yeast, this 7% ABV summer scorcher is a ride you won’t want to end, here’s to all the Jonesies blazing their own trails.
Golden Hour - Hazy XPA

Golden Hour marked a defining moment for Mount Brewing Co, a beer that elevated our craft and put us on the map. Brewed with Pale Ale, Wheat, Rolled Oats, and Malted Oats, it offers a soft, silky body that carries Nectaron, Idaho-7, and Sabro hops bursting with tropical and citrus brightness. Smooth and approachable thanks to FT02 Vape yeast, this hazy XPA captured hearts and accolades alike: our first printed can, a Top 30 New World beer in 2022, and Gold at the Australian International Beer Awards. Like the sun dipping over Mount Maunganui, Golden Hour is a beer to savour, pause, and celebrate, the perfect companion to any sunset.
Point Break - West Coast IPA

Point Break is more than just a beer, it was a statement for Mount Brewing Co. Our first challenge-winning seasonal, it claimed the Golden Gumboot at the Malt House WCIPA Challenge, marking the moment we proved to ourselves we could compete with the best. Brewed with American Ale, Munich, and Malted Oats for a crisp, clean base, it lets Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo hops shine.
